Kareem L. McKnight, founder of The Syon Way, is a first-generation American born in Brooklyn to Jamaican parents who instilled in him the value of hard work and community service. From becoming a lacrosse all-star to graduating from Morgan State University with a degree in Finance, Kareem has always pushed the limits of potential.

With over 20 years of experience in the sales, banking, and financial services industries, Kareem is an award-winning sales professional who has earned multiple accolades for his performance and leadership. He currently serves as a Senior Sales Management Consultant at The Family Security Plan, where he continues to mentor and guide others to reach their goals.

Beyond the boardroom, Kareem is a certified life coach, motivational speaker, and certified Dale Carnegie trainer. He is a proud member of the International Association of Professional Motivational Speakers and a nationally recognized graduate of the Next Level Speakers Academy, where he sharpened his skills as a transformative voice for youth and professionals alike.

Kareem is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, a dedicated volunteer firefighter, and the proud father of Syon McKnight, after whom The Syon Way is named.

His goal is to ensure that every person, has access to the life skills, mentorship, and the confidence needed to thrive.

He believes that empowerment begins with exposure and that education should extend to anyone who wants to learn and grow. For Kareem, this is more than passion. It’s legacy work, a commitment to uplift, educate, and equip the next generation to lead boldly and live purposefully.
